2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (San Francisco, USA). Data may be transferred to the USA; Netlify bases this on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. When you visit the site, the server automatically processes technical data in log files: IP address, time of access and browser type.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. My legitimate interest is the secure and stable operation of the website.

3. Contact form

If you use the contact form, your message is forwarded via the Web3Forms service (web3forms.com) to my Google Gmail inbox. Both providers may also process data outside the EU, in particular in the USA. The data processed are your topic, name, email address, company (optional) and message.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (a) (consent) and (b) GDPR (answering your enquiry). The data is stored until your enquiry has been dealt with.

4. No cookies, no tracking

This website does not set cookies and does not use any tracking or analytics tools.

5. Fonts

All fonts are hosted locally. There is no connection to Google or any other font server.

6. Links to social networks

This website only contains links to social networks, no embeds. The privacy terms of the respective platform apply only once you click a link.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, as well as the right to object. You can withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
